More Than Sports
At Upward at Owego, we are more than just a basketball league. We are a community that is passionate about creating opportunities for players of all skill levels to develop their abilities and their faith. Our program offers a holistic approach to sports ministry, where players can work on their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Our coaches are dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of basketball while fostering a sense of teamwork and sportsmanship. Join us on this incredible journey where sports and faith meet!
Basketball
Grades: 7th & 8th will practice on Monday evenings from 7:30 to 8:30pm. This league is a 3v3 style evening. They will learn drills and play 3v3 pick up games.
Grades: K - 6th will practice one night a week for one hour. Game days will be held on Saturdays with a one hour game.
Cheerleading
Cheer this seasons has a new program lay-out. It is offered to grades K through 8th. Cheer will be held on Monday evenings with one practice time at 5:30pm or 6:30pm.
